MISSION

To build a brotherhood of young men who are dedicated, hard-working, and willing to learn. Through mentorship, guidance, and real-life lessons, PATHFINDER will be taught how to develop a strong relationship with God, practice respect and accountability, and build essential life skills. Our program focuses on financial literacy, credit education, goal setting with a clear life plan and backup strategy, and effective communication along with learning how to manage emotions in healthy, productive ways. These “JEWELS” are the foundation for long-term success, helping transform young hard knocks into young men or as I like to say, turning better known as my favorite R&B group Boyz II Men.

VISION

To build a trusted bond with every young King who becomes a Pathfinder is a bond rooted in God, love, trust, and honesty. Being a Pathfinder is more than simply belonging to a group; it means becoming part of a family. Pathfinder are committed to uplifting one another, serving the community, and becoming positive, reliable assets to the future. This journey requires maintaining a positive attitude and a willing spirit to help those who may have lost their way find their path again. That commitment to faith, brotherhood, service, and growth is what truly defines a Pathfinder.

I AM Domminic Riddick

I was born and raised on the South Side of Raleigh. Early on I was exposed to many different walks of life; college graduates, Law enforcement, business owners, gang members, repeat offenders, and drug dealers. I've also encountered people who made decisions that cost their lives before it truly began. Growing up surrounded by these realities, I followed a familiar pattern in my environment. I began dealing drugs at the age of 12 until I was 35. becoming a product of what I considered as routine in my life. I was exposed to gun violence that could have taken my life, and I served two prison sentences.

Suddenly, I experienced a true moment of reflection and allowed God to enter my heart. my transformation led me off the streets and into new chapter of my life.

becoming an Professional entrepreneur by building two successful businesses. finding this new path encouraged my intention to develop my personal and professional skills.

I have walked with countless people who taught me valuable lessons. it’s my turn to share the jewels I’ve collected along the way sharing wisdom, guidance, and truth with those who are ready to receive it.
